Part of Oak View Group (OVG), Rhubarb is a premium hospitality collective specialising in luxury event catering, restaurant dining, and hospitality. Rhubarb delivers unique dining and venue management at some of the world's most iconic locations.

Rhubarb is proud to partner with Frameless - London’s permanent digital immersive arts and culture experience. We manage all events and hospitality at the venue and are looking to recruit an exceptional Head of Events to drive the on-site events business forward into 2024 and beyond.

Frameless features incredible event spaces, perfect for receptions, dinners, awards, business meetings, product launches, and filming.

As the Head of Events, you will be accountable for the full events cycle, serving as the conduit between RHC and Frameless, managing all enquiries, and leading weekly operations meetings.

You will need to oversee all venue functionalities related to events, including briefing the Frameless team on requirements and managing third-party involvement. Additionally, you will line manage two Event Planners, requiring strong leadership skills alongside excellent organisational abilities. You will also work closely with Rhubarb’s renowned events team on food and drink operations.

Proven experience as a venue-based Senior Event Manager or Head of Events is essential. Experience within a cultural venue or visitor attraction is preferred, but applicants from hotels and event caterers will also be considered. The role requires adaptability to manage a degree of ambiguity in a modern venue setting.

A passion for food and drink, along with exceptional knowledge of the London food market and current trends, is necessary.
