My client is a leading B2B technology seeking a Head of Events to lead their dynamic events team in London.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and executing a wide range of high-impact events, from trade shows and conferences to exclusive networking gatherings. Your understanding of the technology landscape and ability to create engaging experiences will be key to driving brand awareness and generating leads.

As the Head of Events, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align event strategies with business objectives, ensuring that every event not only showcases our cutting-edge technology but also enhances client relationships and accelerates growth.

Ideally, you will bring extensive experience in event management within a B2B environment, with a proven track record in delivering successful, large-scale events. Your ability to manage budgets effectively and lead a team with creativity and vision will be crucial.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with the company's goals and enhances the brand's visibility within the tech industry.
• Overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site production.
• Collaborating with Marketing to create compelling event messaging and promotional activities that attract attendees and drive engagement.
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and industry influencers to maximise event impact.
• Leading and mentoring a passionate events team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Analysing event performance metrics and gathering feedback to continuously improve our event offerings and ROI.

The salary for this role ranges from £50,000 - £65,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and background. While the role is based in Central London, it offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
