Head of Venues & Events | Leading London Venue Group

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded Head of Events to take charge of some of London’s most iconic warehouse-style venues. One of London’s most in-demand venue groups is searching for a Head of Events to lead the corporate events side of the business across three of their flagship large-scale venues.

These venues are atmospheric, industrial-chic spaces that host everything from brand activations and conferences to product launches and filming. They need an exceptional leader to drive performance and manage the teams across 3 sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the corporate events business across three flagship, large-scale warehouse venues.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team
• Own and manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring revenue targets and profit margins are achieved.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, agencies, and repeat bookers.
• Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to drive strategy and new business.
• Act as a liaison with landlords, licensing bodies, and venue partners to ensure compliance and operational alignment.

About You

• Solid experience in senior events roles, ideally within large-scale venues or experiential spaces.
• Proven experience managing teams and full P&L ownership.
• Strong background in corporate event sales
• Familiarity with venue management, including landlord liaison, licensing, and operational processes.
• Commercially astute, confident negotiating contracts and identifying growth opportunities.
• Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and a natural team leader.
