Head of Estates Engineering Services

Salary: Up to £88,000 per annum with excellent benefits package

Role Overview: Lead the strategic direction of all engineering services, fostering a culture of exceptional service delivery to enhance the visitor experience.

The Royal Ballet & Opera estate includes three sites: the main site in Covent Garden with a historic theatre, a second theatre, and additional facilities in Thurrock and Aberdare. These sites support a busy production schedule and a large staff, artists, and creative personnel.

The Head of Estates Engineering Services will oversee strategic planning and delivery of engineering services across all sites, including building maintenance, utilities, capital works, and energy-saving projects.

We seek a candidate with proven leadership in engineering services within a comparable operational estate, excellent stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills, with a proactive approach.
