Arthur Recruitment is partnering with a leading insurance organization to appoint a Head of Enterprise Risk Management. This senior, high-visibility role reports to executive leadership and partners with the Board on risk strategy, ERM framework development, and risk appetite.

You will challenge across underwriting, investment, and capital risk while guiding a team of risk professionals. The role requires extensive ERM expertise within insurance or London Market environments and a proven ability

This is a senior, highly visible role with significant exposure to Executive and Board-level stakeholders. You’ll lead the development of the ERM framework, provide independent challenge across key risk areas and play a key role in shaping risk strategy across the business.
