Job summary

The Emerald Group is seeking an experienced risk management professional to join its Risk function in London, supporting delivery of the Enterprise Risk Management framework and risk oversight across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will own key elements of the Risk Management Framework, lead a high-performance risk & compliance culture, and build strong relationships with stakeholders in Underwriting, Operations, Finance and other business areas, adapting to change with resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management and ERM frameworks
• Stakeholder relationship building across large organisations
• Ability to operate under pressure and adapt to change

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of and overseeing key aspects of the Risk Management Framework
• Leading a high-performance culture within the Risk & Compliance function
• Building relationships with stakeholders in Underwriting, Operations, Finance and other business areas
• Demonstrating strong execution skills under pressure and change management
