Job summary

Bauer Media Group seeks a Director of Enterprise Technology Strategy & Portfolio to lead the Group's technology strategy and cross-market portfolio. You will partner with the SVP Technology to align strategy, planning and delivery across multiple markets, driving operational rigour and cross-functional collaboration.

You will shape executive-level materials, oversee governance and performance tracking, and ensure the technology function delivers value across the Group.

Qualifications

Senior technology leadership experience in a complex, matrixed org.
Proven ability to shape strategy and translate it into measurable outcomes.
Track record embedding operational processes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Shape and evolve an integrated Enterprise Technology strategy across Group functions and markets.
Own Group-wide Technology portfolio view with demand, risks and delivery plans.
Lead portfolio governance, prioritisation and delivery management across Enterprise teams.
Translate strategic ambition into KPIs and operating rhythms aligned with business needs.
