Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a Head of Enterprise-Wide Services to lead our IT product management and engineering teams, delivering and evolving enterprise-wide technology services that power a seamless experience for colleagues and customers.

The role involves strategic transformation initiatives, technology delivery leadership, and regular interaction with senior leaders. This homebased role requires occasional travel to Preston for 2–3 days weekly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product management and technology engineering teams delivering enterprise-wide technology services.
• Act as Technology Lead on strategic transformation initiatives, shaping approach, strategy and delivery mechanics.
• Engage regularly with senior leadership to influence decisions and enable effective governance.
• Drive digital transformation delivering a seamless experience for colleagues and customers with common tech solutions.
• Operate a homebased role with occasional office collaboration in Preston (2–3 days per week).
