Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise products, platforms, or technology domains.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across both business and technology functions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms and data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Enterprise Data Platform domain team with clear priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into data and technology requirements.
• Own and evolve the Enterprise Data Platform roadmap balancing value and risk.
• Prioritise capabilities with trade-offs on build, reuse, modernization, or retirement.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, governance, and delivery teams.
• Drive adoption of data products and measurable business value.
• Promote consistent data definitions, identity services, and reusable reporting.
• Build partnerships to support Wiley’s evolving data needs.
