Wiley is building Enterprise Systems Product Management and seeking a Product Management Lead for the Enterprise Data Platform domain. You will own the roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and align data capabilities with business outcomes to enable trusted decision-making and greater data reuse.

Collaborate with business capability owners and Technology teams to simplify Wiley's data landscape and deliver scalable, governed data products that improve operational efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading enterprise products, platforms, or technology domains with roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms and data ecosystems.
• Experience with data products, BI, analytics platforms, or semantic layer solutions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across product, engineering, governance, and commercial functions.
• Experience coaching and developing teams while maintaining priorities and accountability.

• Partner with business and functional leaders to translate objectives into data/technology requirements.
• Own and evolve the Enterprise Data Platform roadmap balancing strategy and platform health.
