Job summary

Wiley is seeking a Product Management Lead to own the Enterprise Data Platform domain, shaping its roadmap, adoption, and business outcomes. You will partner with business capability owners and Technology teams to simplify Wiley's data landscape, enabling trusted decision-making and reusable data assets across the organization.

This leadership role requires navigating complexity, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating business needs into scalable data capabilities that deliver

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise products, platforms, or technology domains with roadmaps and adoption accountability.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms and data ecosystems for decision-making.
• Experience with CDPs, MDM, BI analytics platforms or semantic layers.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across product, engineering, governance and commercial functions.
• Clear communication with business and technology audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Enterprise Data Platform domain team and priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear data and technology requirements.
• Own and evolve the Enterprise Data Platform roadmap balancing value, risk, and capacity.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, governance, and delivery teams.
• Drive adoption of data products and platform capabilities with measurable value.
• Promote consistent data definitions, identity services, access models, and reporting.
