Job summary

Osashi LTD in London seeks an Associate Director to lead its energy modelling and building performance team, driving technical excellence and client delivery across projects.

The role focuses on hands-on IES VE modelling, dynamic thermal simulation, energy strategies, overheating analysis (TM54/52/59) and Part L compliance, while mentoring engineers and guiding budgets and business development.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in energy modelling and building physics.
• Practical expertise with IES VE and modules.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regs and energy assessment methods.
• Proven leadership, project management and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the energy modelling team and service offering.
• Oversee complex energy modelling and dynamic thermal simulations with IES VE.
• Deliver energy strategies, overheating assessments, TM54/TM52/TM59 analyses and Part L modelling.
• Support net-zero strategies and building performance optimisation.
• Manage client relationships, project delivery, budgets and business development.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers.
