Job summary

Osashi LTD in London is seeking an Associate Director/Head of Energy to lead its energy modelling and building performance team. The role requires hands-on IES VE expertise, dynamic thermal simulation and strong technical leadership.

You will oversee TM54/TM52/TM59 analyses, Part L compliance modelling and support net-zero strategies while managing client relationships and project delivery. Chartered status desirable.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in energy modelling and building physics.
• Extensive practical expertise in IES VE and its modules.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and energy assessment methodologies.
• Proven technical leadership, project management and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the energy modelling team and service offering.
• Oversee complex energy modelling and dynamic thermal simulation using IES VE.
• Deliver energy strategies, overheating assessments, TM54/TM52/TM59 analysis and Part L compliance modelling.
• Support net-zero carbon strategies and building performance optimisation.
• Manage client relationships, project delivery, budgets and business development.
• Provide technical guidance, quality assurance and mentoring to engineers.
