Experian, a leading global data and technology company, is seeking a Head of Enablement & Innovation for the EDQ UK business. You will identify, evaluate and execute innovations to meet data quality needs across internal departments, reporting to the Director of Solutions Marketing.

You will work with UK&I teams, explore emergent technologies like AI and data observability, and drive adoption of strategic initiatives across the organisation. Hybrid role with UK London presence.

Job Description

The Head of Enablement & Innovation ensures that innovations for the EDQ UK business are identified, evaluated and executed to completion within defined measures. Reporting into our Director of Solutions Marketing, you will work with the UK&I business to ensure that EDQ technology replaces competitive offerings and enables all internal departments with their data quality needs.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and ensure the execution of the Strategic Initiatives in each annual Strategy Plan
• Undertake pre-POC engagements with customers & partners to understand to applicability of our products to new use cases
• Work with Product Management and Propositions to ensure their feedback is acted upon and ensure the correct specification and scheduling of partner, customer and internal needs for our products
• Conduct original research of emerging technologies and industry vendors to ensure that our offerings remain relevant, competitive and leading in the field of Data Intelligence
• Exploration of emerging technologies and how they will impact the EDQ business and our customers. This will include, but it is not limited to, AI, data observability, real-time DQ, distributed processing, graph technologies.
• Content creation to support partner and other external activities
• Liaison with technology partners to ensure our commercial offerings remain relevant and attractive
• Work as a product evangelist with external audiences such as industry analysts

What Success Looks Like

• Adoption of strategic initiatives within the annual plan and product roadmaps
• Ensuring that strategic initiatives are adopted successfully across the business
• High levels of peer reviews from sales, propositions, presales and DQ advisors

Qualifications

• Data management with specific reference to data quality and data governance
• Up-to-date appreciation of client-side technologies and future innovation
• Great presentation skills, ability to influence and motivate
