• Significant experience in organizational development, capability building, learning and development, or workforce strategy.
• Experience leading complex enablement programs in organizations.
• Strong ability to drive capability change across various populations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enablement strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct assessments to identify workforce development priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure capability supports strategic priorities.
