  • Conduct capability assessments and identify workforce development priorities across functions and geographies
  • Establish capability frameworks, certification standards and role‑readiness programmes
  • Design and oversee enablement journeys for new hires, organisational transitions and business integrations
  • Build and maintain enablement content and learning architecture across technical, commercial and operational domains

  • Support organisational development, transformation and change initiatives across the business
  • Work closely with the People team to align enablement with competency frameworks, performance management and workforce planning
  • Create a scalable, sustainable enablement function that supports future growth and organisational effectiveness
What we’ll need from you

  • Experience leading enablement, capability or transformation programmes within complex organisations
  • Proven ability to drive capability change across commercial, operational and technical populations
  • Experience supporting organisational transformation and embedding new ways of working
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across functions
  • Experience developing capability frameworks, certification models or workforce readiness programmes
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring capability outcomes and business impact
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels
  • Experience operating within fast‑paced, growth‑oriented or transformational environments
Desirable

  • Experience supporting international teams and multi‑geography operations
  • Experience with M&A integration and organisational change programmes
  • Experience implementing learning technologies and digital learning platforms
  • Understanding of SaaS, PaaS or technology‑led business models
