Leeds College of Building is seeking an Employability Team Leader to lead a team of Employability Officers and oversee the delivery of an impactful employability programme across all courses and adult learning.

You will work closely with curriculum teams, employers and external partners to secure meaningful employer encounters, recruitment events and progression support for students, helping them progress into apprenticeships, employment and higher education.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Employability Officers to deliver high-quality support.
• Coordinate planning, delivery and impact of the employability programme across curriculum areas.
• Engage with curriculum teams, employers and external partners to create meaningful opportunities.
