Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the education provision.
• Lead Ofsted registration, inspection readiness, and ongoing compliance.
• Develop and implement an engaging, inclusive curriculum.
• Monitor teaching quality, learning outcomes and learner progress.
• Collaborate with therapists, residential teams, families and external professionals.
• Safeguard and promote welfare of children and young people.
