City St George's, University of London is seeking a Head of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion to lead the Office for Institutional Equity & Inclusion. You will set strategic direction, advise senior leadership, and drive implementation of EDI commitments across the University.

The role requires senior-level experience in EDI within higher education or a large complex organisation, with a track record of leading teams and translating strategy into practice.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in an EDI role in higher education or a large, complex organisation.
• Experience leading strategic direction of an organisation’s EDI activities.
• Experience leading a high-performing EDI team and translating strategy into operational practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and expert advice on equity, diversity and inclusion across the University.
• Lead the Office for Institutional Equity & Inclusion and outputs.
• Ensure legal and best-practice compliance and drive priorities and plans delivering the University’s EDI commitments.
• Champion an inclusive culture across staff and students.
