Job summary

University of the Arts London at Central Saint Martins is seeking a proactive EDI Manager to lead inclusive initiatives, monitor action plans, and support the Race Equality Charter. You will collaborate with UAL and CSM colleagues to advance EDI policy, with a data-driven approach to deliver real impact.

The role requires strong communication with diverse audiences, experience in delivering training and consultations, and the ability to plan and steward resources for long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EDI initiatives and managing complex projects.
• Ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Understanding of HE sector and related charter marks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and monitoring action plans, including a College-level Race Equality Charter Action Plan.
• Support the EDI Committee and EDI Forums across CSM and UAL.
• Progress EDI activity in line with staff charter and EDI policies.
• Communicate with diverse audiences, deliver training, and conduct consultations.
• Plan and manage resources to achieve long-term EDI objectives.
