Job summary

Citi Commercial Bank seeks a Head of Digital Technology & Communications (DT&C) for UK, Europe and MEA. This executive role leads Relationship Managers, Team Leaders and product specialists to deliver strategic DT&C initiatives, cross-border deals, and scalable technology solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in digital platforms, AI ecosystems, and governance, with accountability for budgeting, performance, and regional growth. A senior, multinational leadership presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial or corporate banking experience in senior leadership roles.
• Full P&L accountability, capital allocation, budgeting responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the commercial growth agenda for the DT&C vertical across the UK, Europe, and MEA.
• Shape the regional DT&C scorecard and contribute to planning, headcount, and resource allocation.
• Lead multi-product transactions across lending, cash management, FX, trade finance and capital markets.
• Oversee regional risk, regulatory compliance, and governance across the DT&C teams.
• Build and nurture a high-performance, diverse leadership bench across geo markets.
