Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Business Expansion: Set and execute the commercial growth agenda for the Digital Technology & Communications vertical across the UK, Europe, and MEA.
• Shape the regional DT&C scorecard and contribute to regional planning, headcount allocation, and resource optimization.
• Drive cross-border deal origination and multi-product financing to support client growth and market expansion.
• Lead and develop multiple teams, including RMs and product specialists, with full budgetary and performance management responsibility.
