You’ll manage budgets, set strategy and work with a small team to optimize acquisition, retention and reactivation across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels. Hybrid working in Bath is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing revenue through marketing.
• Experience owning a significant marketing budget and being accountable for its return.
• Strong paid acquisition and performance marketing experience.
• Experience developing new channels and testing different routes to market.
• Good understanding of the full customer lifecycle, including CRM, segmentation and retention.
• The ability to interpret data, identify issues and make decisions independently.
• Experience leading and developing a small team.
• The confidence to work closely with founders/senior leadership and take full ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the overall marketing and growth strategy.
• Owning the marketing budget, performance and commercial return.
• Leading paid acquisition across established and emerging channels.
• Identifying, testing and scaling new acquisition opportunities.
• Developing CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention and reactivation activity.
• Working across organic, content, community and brand activity to create an integrated approach.
• Using data and testing to continually improve conversion, customer value and marketing efficiency.
• Leading and developing a small marketing team.
• Reporting performance and commercial results directly to senior leadership.
