High growth ecommerce business based in Yorkshire is looking for a brand new Head of Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a culture of innovation, testing, and continuous improvement to ensure marketing efforts are data-driven, customer-centric, and collaborative.
- Develop digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and brand awareness.
- Oversee all digital channels, including paid social, PPC, SEO, affiliates, and programmatic advertising.
- Evaluate and implement new channels, tools, and technologies for continual improvement.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure effective attribution models.
- Manage relationships with digital and creative agencies.
- Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Utilize analytics, customer insights, and market research to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain a customer-first approach in all campaigns to enhance the brand experience.
Role Requirements:
- Proven track record as Head of Digital Marketing, preferably within a subscription-based, PE-backed, fast-paced D2C or ecommerce environment.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels including paid social, PPC, affiliates, SEO, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights, and inform decisions.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets and multiple agency relationships.
- Leadership experience in building and developing marketing teams.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, automation platforms, advertising platforms, and BI dashboards.
- Strategic thinker aligned with business objectives.
