Job summary

Future plc, London-based, seeks a Head of Digital for Decanter on a maternity cover. You will lead the digital strategy to maximise audience growth and subscriptions, oversee all digital content, and balance pre-paywall with post-paywall content to drive Decanter Premium subscriptions.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage cross-functional teams, integrate SEO processes, and align with a data-driven approach. The role is hybrid from London with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in digital media with a track record in subscription-based models.
• Experience driving subscriber growth through content strategies or campaigns.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and overseer-level responsibility.
• Familiarity with wine audiences is advantageous but not essential.
• A passion for premium, user-centric digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital strategy to maximise audience growth and subscriptions.
