Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale website and digital transformation projects.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing digital agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, website migrations and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a major website and member portal transformation from discovery to launch.
• Manage digital projects, timelines, budgets, risks and external agency relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day performance, maintenance and optimisation of web platforms.
• Drive SEO, CRO, AI optimisation and enhanced member experience across digital channels.
• Use analytics and customer insight to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead digital innovation, including automation, AI tools and workflow improvements.
• Line manage and develop a Digital Specialist and promote digital best practice.
