Job summary

Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE) seeks a Head of Digital and Data in London. You will lead our digital and data estate, including our website, online tools, Zendesk CRM, AI chatbot, and Azure/Databricks data platform, with a multidisciplinary team.

Drive transformation from design to business-as-usual while ensuring responsible use of data and AI. We require senior leadership across digital delivery and analytics, strong governance, and credibility with executives and Boards.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience spanning digital delivery and data/analytics.
• Track record of moving transformation from design into business-as-usual.
• Hands-on understanding of cloud data platforms, ideally Azure and Databricks.
• Strong data governance expertise, including UK GDPR.
• Good understanding of public-sector cyber security (Cyber Essentials Plus & NCSC).

Responsibilities

• Lead our digital and data estate, including website, tools, and data platform.
• Oversee Zendesk CRM, AI chatbot and e-learning platforms with cross‑functional teams.
• Set governance, strategy and metrics; partner with engineering, product and design.
• Present updates to senior executives and the Board; ensure measurable public benefit.
