LEASE provides free, expert and impartial advice to leaseholders, park home owners and shared owners across England and Wales, reaching more than 1.4 million people a year.
We are two years into an ambitious transformation, and we are creating a new senior leadership role at the heart of what comes next.
The Head of Digital and Data will bring our digital services and data and analytics capabilities together under one accountable leader for the first time. You will lead our digital and data estate - including our website and online tools, Zendesk CRM, AI chatbot, e-learning platforms and Azure/Databricks data platform - alongside a multidisciplinary team spanning engineering, product, design, digital services and data.
This is a role for someone who has led transformation before and knows how to make it stick: someone equally credible in a product stand‑up, a data architecture discussion and a Board meeting.
You will also be our senior lead for the safe, ethical and effective use of data and AI, ensuring technology delivers measurable public benefit while maintaining LEASE’s principle that AI enhances expertise; it does not replace it.
