Job summary

NHS Golden Jubilee University Hospital is seeking a Head of Digital Application Support to lead the Digital Applications estate and oversee the Applications Support Teams (Clinical & Corporate systems) and Systems Integration, operating within the ITIL Service Management framework to deliver reliable digital services.

Qualifications

Educated to Degree level in a relevant IT computing subject or demonstrated experience leading dynamic applications support, development and integration teams.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills are essential.
NHS Golden Jubilee is open to flexible working options for this role.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervise activities around the management and development of the Digital Applications estate and inter‑dependencies.
Ensure systems availability and improvement life‑cycles across the entire Applications estate.
Embed an ethos of Continual Service Improvement and collaborate with colleagues across disparate disciplines.
