• End-to-end project management from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide regular progress and financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide end to end project management from initial stakeholder engagement and business case development through to service transition and benefits realisation.
• Build relationships and effective lines of communication with key stakeholders at all levels
• Work with user groups and project teams, motivating, mediating and communicating across the trust and creating a user-centered approach to projects
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including plans, deliverables, risk and issue registers, highlight reports, escalation reports, requirements and benefits realisation documentation
• Contribute to the improvement of project management practices and processes
