Salary: A GBP 65,000 ; A GBP 80,000 per annum

Our client is a well-established, respected law firm with offices within Somerset, seeking a skilled and motivated Head of Residential Conveyancing to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a busy department while delivering high-quality conveyancing services to their clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the residential conveyancing team, ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert advice and support on residential property transactions.
• Lead and develop the team, providing training and support to junior solicitors and paralegals.
• Drive the department's growth, identifying opportunities for improvement, development, and business acquisition.
• Ensure the team adheres to compliance and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant experience in residential conveyancing.
• Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within a large firm.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
