Are you a senior Private Client solicitor in a large firm looking for a fresh challenge and the opportunity to lead a successful department? Our client is a highly regarded law firm in Somerset seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to take the helm of their Private Client team.

The Role

As Head of Private Client, you will:

: Lead and manage a team handling wills, trusts, probate, tax planning, and estate administration.

: Oversee complex and high:value matters for a diverse client base.

: Drive business development and help grow the departments reputation.

: Maintain strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service.

: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.

Key Requirements

: Extensive experience in Private Client law, ideally from a large firm.

: A track record of managing teams and mentoring junior staff.

: Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.

: Excellent technical knowledge and a client:focused approach.
