1. POSITION
The Company hereby hires the Employee entrusted with leading and overseeing all strategic and operational matters of said department.

2. DURATION
This is a fixed-term contract of 10 months, renewable upon mutual agreement. The Employee shall commence work on as soon as possible.
3. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

4. REPORTING & COLLABORATION
The Employee will report directly to the Founder of MPW-D and the Brand Spirit Director, collaborating with fellow Heads of Departments and project teams across venues.
5. WORK HOURS
The Employee is expected to dedicate approximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility for meetings and project needs. Additional hours may be negotiated.
6. MEETING AVAILABILITY
The Employee must be available for regular meetings aligned with U.K. time zones and urgent strategy calls.
7. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT
High proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
8. REMUNERATION
Hourly rate: £30/hr. Additional benefits include performance bonuses, equity shares, in-kind benefits, and a £20–£40/month stipend for internet & electricity.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
All intellectual property and proprietary information remain the property of MPW-D. Confidentiality must be maintained during and after the contract.
