Now looking for HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS – EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

Position

The Company hires the Employee to lead and oversee all strategic and operational matters of the department. Positions include:

• Brand Spirit Director
• Marketing and Communications Director
• Sales Director
• Financial Director
• Legal and Administrative Director
• Operations Director
• People and Culture Director

Duration

This is a fixed-term contract of 10 months, renewable upon mutual agreement. The Employee shall start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department aligning with MPW-D’s vision and values.
• Develop and evaluate strategic plans.
• Collaborate with other departments under guidance of the Founder and Brand Spirit Director.
• Provide quarterly reports.
• Support onboarding and mentorship of junior team members.
• Maintain ethical standards and foster a culture of innovation and integrity.

Reporting & Collaboration

Report directly to the Founder and Brand Spirit Director; collaborate with other Heads of Departments and project teams.

Work Hours

Approximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility for meetings and project needs. Additional hours negotiable.

Meeting Availability

Attend regular meetings in UK time zones and urgent calls as needed.

Language Requirement

High proficiency in English, spoken and written.

Remuneration

Hourly: £30/hr. Possible bonuses, equity shares, benefits, and a stipend for internet and electricity (£20–£40/month).

All proprietary information remains MPW-D’s property. Confidentiality must be upheld during and after the contract.
