Job summary

Datatonic seeks a senior Head of Delivery to lead growth and high‑quality delivery across the UKI region. You will oversee Delivery Leads delivering strategic consulting, oversee transformation programmes, and maintain strong client partnerships to ensure measurable value.

You will own end‑to‑end delivery, drive value realization, and manage margins while enabling scalable, profitable growth in strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting or programme management in a professional services or consulting firm.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Deep understanding of financial modelling for professional services, GM calculation and utilisation tracking.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional delivery strategy for the UKI region and contribute to growth strategies.
• Define large transformation programmes including solutions delivery and operating model design.
• Own delivery margin and the commercial process for top accounts with Account Manager collaboration.
• Grow top accounts through renewals and new workstreams, ensuring revenue performance.
• Build a team of Delivery Leads providing active client engagement and transformation partnerships.
• Ensure value delivery is tracked and ROI realised across accounts.
• Mentor and develop Delivery Managers and maintain consistent delivery methodologies.
