Job summary

Dunelm is seeking a Lead Data Steward to act as the strategic custodian for core data domains. You will lead a dedicated team to elevate data integrity, governance standards, and operational efficiency across the business.

In this role you will bridge technical data structures with business operations, ensure data assets are accurate and compliant, and drive growth through well-governed data while aligning with GDPR and data protection policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience mentoring or supervising teams.
• Deep understanding of master data, data validations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a data stewardship team to elevate data integrity and governance standards.
• Define and enforce data quality rules, validation logic and data glossaries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and data partners to align data standards.
