Job summary

Creandum in the United Kingdom is recruiting the first dedicated data platform lead to build the firm's data estate and the intelligent layer on top.

You will own end-to-end data architecture, governance, and risk controls, delivering tooling that scales with the business and supports partners across the firm.

This hands-on role starts immediately and evolves as you define the roadmap, working with investment, platform, and operations teams to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Shipped a real data or AI product end to end.
• Hands-on data architecture, warehousing, and governance.
• Fluent with embeddings, retrieval, and agents that act.
• Experience with access control and provenance as product features.
• Venture environment experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the data platform architecture from warehouse to ingestion.
• Develop the intelligence layer for retrieval and agents.
• Define access control, provenance, and audit trails.
• Set strategy for tools, evaluation, and integrations.
• Collaborate with partners across the firm to ship features.
