Job summary

Creandum seeks a hands-on leader to build and own the firm’s data platform, the intelligence layer, and governance that earns partner trust. You’ll be the first hire in this function, reporting to the Operating Partner and collaborating across the firm.

You’ll ship an end-to-end data architecture, establish an AI-enabled intelligence layer, and define risk-aware access controls. Expect a founding role with budget influence and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on command of data architecture, warehousing, and governance.
• Fluent with embeddings, retrieval, and agents that act, not just answer.
• Access control and provenance as product features, not chores.
