Pharmacy2U Ltd. in Leeds is seeking a Head of Data Engineering to lead and shape the data engineering function, ensuring data is ingested, transformed, and managed within Microsoft Fabric to deliver trusted insights.

You will oversee a team of Data Engineers and partners, drive the Fabric migration, and align data platforms with business goals while supporting long-term growth and innovation. The role is hybrid with core hours 09:30–16:00.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data engineering teams.
• Experience migrating data platforms to lakehouse architectures.
• Strong SQL, Python/PySpark skills.
• Experience with UK GDPR and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and ongoing improvement of Pharmacy2U’s data platform.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformations, pipelines, CI/CD and observability.
• Drive Microsoft Fabric migration including legacy data platforms.
• Develop data products for analytics and operations.
• Translate priorities into a data engineering roadmap.
