Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Head of Data & AI Solutions to spearhead our business-facing AI, data, and analytics capabilities. You will shape the data and AI roadmap, manage a portfolio of use-cases, and drive adoption with measurable business value across functions such as Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

You will lead a team of AI, data, analytics, and solution delivery specialists, reporting to the Head of AI & Enterprise Solutions.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business or related field.
• Leadership experience in AI, data, analytics or business transformation.
• Strong understanding of AI adoption, data governance and value-led solution delivery.
• Experience in AI or data-enabled transformation across manufacturing or engineering functions.
• Knowledge of gas turbines is desirable.

• Define and lead the data and AI solutions roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Own the AI use-case portfolio from discovery to delivery and benefits realization.
• Develop trusted data products and analytics that enhance operational performance.

Join us as the Head of Data & AI Solutions, where you will spearhead our business-facing AI, data, and analytics capabilities, transforming operational opportunities into scalable, trusted, and value-creating digital solutions. You will shape the data and AI solutions roadmap, build a robust use-case portfolio, and ensure that our solutions align with real business priorities across various functions, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Management, Quality, Operations, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Service. Leading a talented team of AI, data, analytics, and solution delivery specialists, you will report to the Head of AI & Enterprise Solutions, collaborating closely with business leaders and global teams. Your mission will be to accelerate AI adoption, enhance data readiness, scale reusable solutions, and ensure that every initiative has clear ownership, adoption, and measurable business value.

What You Bring

• A Master’s or PhD degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business, or a related field.
• Leadership experience in AI, data, analytics, or business transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of AI adoption, data governance, and value-led solution delivery.
• Experience in AI or data-enabled transformation across manufacturing or engineering functions.
• Knowledge of gas turbines in areas like engineering or supply chain is desirable.
• Proven experience in delivering complex data and AI projects in high-pressure environments.
