Job summary

ADLIB is seeking a Head of Data and Analytics in Watford to own the data landscape, craft a clear strategy and deliver tangible business value from day one. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and will build trusted relationships across the business.

You’ll lead data governance, reporting, dashboards and automation, using Power BI, SQL, Excel and Python. Initially you’ll be standalone, with scope to develop a team and shape future hiring as data becomes a core strategic

Qualifications

• Hands-on with Power BI, SQL, Excel and Python.
• Experience leading data/BI teams.
• Experience building data capacity from scratch.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own development of the organisation’s data and analytics capability.
• Develop data strategy and oversee reporting and analytics.
• Build dashboards and improve data quality.
• Drive automation initiatives across the business.
• Present insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Plan future hiring and team growth as data becomes core.
