Job summary

ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™ is seeking a hands-on Head of Data and Analytics to build a data capability from the ground up within a growing professional services business, with high visibility to senior leadership in Watford. You'll own data strategy, governance, dashboards, pipelines and automation, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery while collaborating across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Senior data leadership experience in a BI/Analytics remit.
• Experience building data capacity from scratch or at a similar level.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel and Python.
• Experience developing reporting, dashboards and BI solutions.
• Knowledge of data modelling, governance and data quality best practices.
• Experience improving or managing CRM platforms and related processes.
• Understanding of automation tools like Power Automate/Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of the organisation's data & analytics capability.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop data strategy, oversee reporting and analytics, and build dashboards.
• Improve data quality and governance, automate workflows to save time.
• Over time, build a team and shape future hiring to embed data as a core function.
