Job summary

Premier is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the organisation's data and analytics capability in Birmingham. The role will steer data governance, quality, architecture, BI and analytics to deliver measurable value from information assets.

You will lead governance forums, partner with executives, and drive a data culture that enables evidence-based decision making across the business. Role requires onsite presence one day per week in Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a Data and Analytics function within a complex organisation.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering enterprise data strategies and governance frameworks.
• Experience influencing Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
• Extensive experience delivering business intelligence and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the organisation's senior leader for data and analytics, providing strategic direction and thought leadership.
• Develop, maintain and deliver the Data Strategy and associated roadmap.
• Own the enterprise data architecture and roadmap.
• Lead the development and delivery of enterprise reporting, dashboards and analytics capabilities.
• Promote self-service analytics and improve information accessibility across the organisation.
