Job summary

Pod is seeking a Head of Data and Analytics to own the data strategy and lead a central data team, partnering with analysts across functions to drive data-driven decisions. The role reports to the CIO and shapes how data is used to grow Pod’s business, customer experience and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will define standards for data governance, build trusted reporting, and advance AI-enabled analytics while collaborating with Technology, Commercial, Ops and CX teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data/BI functions in a scalable organisation.
• Ability to set strategy, governance and drive measurable value.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional analytics teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Pod's data and analytics strategy.
• Own the governed reporting layer and data definitions.
• Lead AI-driven analytics initiatives and semantic data access.
• Establish data governance, quality, security and regulatory compliance.
• Lead a central Data & Analytics team and mentor analysts.
