Job summary

Hillier Hopkins LLP is seeking a Senior Head of Data and Analytics to shape the firm’s data strategy. You will lead a data platform, analytics, and CRM development, enabling data-driven decisions across service lines. Hybrid working is offered with occasional travel to London or Milton Keynes when needed.

The ideal candidate will drive data governance, build pipelines, and mentor a growing analytics team while embedding AI as a core enabling technology for the firm’s growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior data analytics or data management leadership experience.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel, SQL and Python.
• Experience with Azure data environments and data engineering tools.
• Experience leading data platforms, pipelines, and data quality.
• Experience with CRM programs and data-driven advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a firm-wide data and analytics strategy.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing data team.
• Oversee the data platform, pipelines and data quality.
• Drive analytics, reporting and visualisation (Power BI, Excel).
• Lead CRM development and data-led advisory services.
• Build data-driven decision-making across service lines.
