Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the Data & AI strategy for the insurance transformation
• Drive AI-enabled business transformation and operational efficiency initiatives
• Build data-driven decision-making capabilities across the organisation
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows via AI and automation
• Oversee data governance, reporting and insights capabilities
• Partner with senior leaders to align data/AI initiatives with priorities
• Support scalable AI, analytics and automation capabilities
• Promote data-led culture across the business
