Oho Group is seeking a seasoned Head of Data & AI in London to shape our data capabilities and AI roadmap. You will blend hands-on technical work with leadership across engineering, analytics and business teams to drive data-driven decisions and scalable AI initiatives.

You will own the data architecture, mentor engineers, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable impact while building for scale.

A fast-growing fintech is looking for a technically strong, commercially minded data leader to shape its data capabilities and AI strategy. You'll combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership, working across engineering, analytics and business teams to build robust data foundations, deliver AI solutions and improve business decision-making.

What you'll be doing

• Lead technical strategy: Shape the architecture and roadmap for data, analytics and AI.
• Deliver AI solutions: Identify opportunities and implement AI-powered tools and workflows.
• Strengthen data foundations: Improve data modelling, pipelines, quality and warehouse architecture.
• Partner with stakeholders: Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with measurable impact.
