Job summary

urbanbubble Ltd. is seeking a Head of Data, AI & Compliance Assurance to shape how we use data and technology to drive decisions, performance and resident experiences.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, own our data warehouse, BI and AI adoption, and set governance and compliance standards across the business. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, guiding reporting, data quality, and risk insight for senior leaders and clients while supporting growth and continuous

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading data, analytics, BI or reporting teams.
• Experience delivering data, AI or digital transformation strategies.
• Strong leadership overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms.
• Experience presenting to executives, boards and clients.
• Strong understanding of data governance, GDPR and compliance frameworks.
• Commercially minded with balance of innovation and risk.
• Hands-on with strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver data, AI and compliance strategy.
• Lead multidisciplinary team and set standards.
• Oversee data architecture, data warehouse and BI reporting.
• Drive governance, data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Present insights to senior leaders and clients.
• Support system reviews and data migrations.
• Ensure audit findings are tracked and remediated.
