Job summary

Bupa, a healthcare group, seeks a Group AI & Data Governance Manager to shape enterprise AI and data governance across the organisation from its London base. The role drives responsible AI, risk controls and governance policy, partnering with Group Functions and Markets to mature frameworks and ensure safe AI use.

You will lead design and implementation of governance standards, controls, reporting, and assurance activities, aligning with regulatory changes and business needs while advancing

Qualifications

Significant experience in AI and data governance, risk management or related field.
Strong knowledge of responsible AI practices including model governance and explainability.
Experience developing governance frameworks, standards and policies.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of AI and data governance across the organisation.
Advance enterprise AI and data risk management including model governance and lifecycle risk.
Design standards, controls, metrics and reporting for governance and risk.
Deliver assurance activities to ensure governance processes and controls are in place.
Balance innovation with effective risk management for safe AI and data use.
