Job summary

Harris Global in London seeks an experienced Group Head of Data & AI to lead enterprise data, analytics and AI strategy for a large complex organisation. You will drive data-led decision making and oversee the development of analytics capabilities to support strategic growth and performance.

You will lead Data Science, Analytics and Data Platform teams, champion data governance, security and responsible AI practices, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insight-driven business

• Proven track record delivering data and AI strategies in complex environments.

We are seeking an experienced Group Head of Data & AI to lead enterprise wide data, analytics and AI strategy for a large complex organisation.

You will be responsible for driving data led decision making, developing AI and analytics capabilities and ensuring data supports strategic growth, operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Must have worked in Global complex organisations


• Proven leadership experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or Business Intelligence.


• Strong knowledge of modern data platforms, analytics, machine learning and generative AI.


• Experience delivering data and AI strategies within complex organisations.


• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.


• Understanding of data governance, compliance and enterprise operating models.


• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Fabric, Power BI and Databricks is advantageous
